We Built WelcomeCode to Replace the Visitor Register

For many businesses, visitor management still starts with a paper register at the reception desk.

A visitor arrives, writes down their details, the receptionist calls the host, an ID may be checked manually, and the visitor waits for approval. Later, someone has to maintain those records and find them when they are needed.

We wanted to make that process simpler.
