We just launched ValetVault — here's what we've built and what's next
ValetVault is live.
After months of talking to barbershop owners across Australia, we built the thing they kept asking for — software that actually matches how a barbershop runs.
Here's what we shipped:
→ Walk-in queue management. Clients join from their phone and see their wait time in real time. No more "how long's the wait?" calls.
→ Online booking with a custom booking page. Overnight bookings while the shop is closed.
→ SMS reminders. Automated, so no-shows drop without the barber having to chase anyone.
→ POS and payments. Built in, not bolted on.
→ Staff scheduling. Everyone knows their roster without a WhatsApp thread.
→ Works for mobile barbers too.
Barbers who travel to clients can take bookings and manage their schedule from the same app. Currently in free trials with our first shops in Australia. Feedback so far has been exactly what we hoped. $2/day.
No lock-in contracts. Free trial available. We're at the beginning — but it feels like we're building something that actually fills a gap. Happy to answer questions, share what we've learned talking to barbers, or just hear from anyone who's been through early SaaS distribution.
