Hi Indie Hackers,
We’re building MoonSofts, a global software development consulting company focused on helping founders, startups, businesses, and individual creators build scalable digital products.
Our main vision is simple:
We want to support promising product ideas by offering free MVP development for selected early-stage founders and potential products.
Many founders have strong ideas, clear market pain points, and real motivation — but they get blocked because they do not have a technical team, enough early budget, or a clear development roadmap.
We want to help reduce that gap.
At MoonSofts, we already have a strong engineering team focused on:
MVP development
Website development
SaaS platforms
AI-powered software
Cloud-based systems
E-commerce solutions
Healthcare, fintech, logistics, education, and manufacturing software
Custom web and mobile applications
But our goal is not only to write code.
Our goal is to become a trusted technical partner for founders and businesses who want to move from idea to launch with more clarity, speed, and confidence.
Why Free MVP Development?
We know that early-stage founders often face the same problem:
They need to validate the idea before spending too much money.
So our free MVP development model is designed for selected ideas where there is strong potential, serious commitment, and a good long-term fit.
This is not about building everything for free forever.
It is about helping founders create the first working version, test the product with real users, collect feedback, and decide the next step with more confidence.
For MoonSofts, it is also a way to build trust, create meaningful relationships, and grow together with serious founders.
Global and Remote by Design
MoonSofts is built as a global and remote-first company.
We want to support customers from anywhere in the world. Location should not stop a founder from building a product, and it should not stop a company from accessing strong engineering support.
Whether you are in the US, Europe, Asia, Africa, or anywhere else, our team can collaborate remotely, communicate clearly, and help you move your product forward.
What We Can Help Build
For selected founders and businesses, we can help with:
Product idea review
MVP planning
Website or landing page development
Web app development
AI feature integration
Cloud deployment
SaaS product development
Basic product architecture
Launch-ready first version
We are especially interested in products connected to AI, automation, SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, logistics, education, and business productivity.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for founders and product builders who have:
A serious product idea
A real problem they want to solve
A target customer or market
Willingness to communicate clearly
Long-term mindset
Interest in building something useful, not just something trendy
If the idea is a good fit, MoonSofts can help build the MVP and support the journey from concept to launch.
Our Long-Term Vision
MoonSofts wants to become more than a software development agency.
We want to become a global technology partner for startups, businesses, and individual founders — helping people build real products, create value, and grow through reliable software engineering.
We believe great ideas can come from anywhere.
Our mission is to make high-quality software development more accessible to serious founders and businesses around the world.
Open to Feedback
We would love to hear from the Indie Hackers community:
Does this free MVP development model make sense for early-stage founders?
What would make this offer feel more trustworthy?
What kind of founders or products do you think we should focus on first?
If you are building something and need help turning your idea into an MVP, we would be happy to connect.
The free MVP angle can work, but I’d be careful with how broad the offer currently feels.
Right now MoonSofts is speaking to founders, startups, businesses, creators, and several industries at once. That may bring attention, but it can also attract the wrong kind of founder: people who want free development, not serious validation.
The real decision is not whether free MVPs are useful. It is which type of founder should qualify first, and what signal proves they are worth building with.
I would not solve that loosely in the thread because the wrong filter can create a lot of low-quality conversations.
If you’re open to it, share your email and I’ll put the tighter offer-positioning path together properly.
This is very valuable feedback — and I agree that the biggest challenge is not simply offering free MVP development, but designing the right qualification filter around it.
We do not want MoonSofts to become a broad “free development” offer for anyone. The goal is to work with serious founders who have a clear problem, real user access, strong validation intent, and the discipline to launch and test quickly.
I’d be happy to discuss the tighter positioning path. You can reach me at yuji@moonsofts.net — really appreciate your thoughtful perspective.
Just sent you a note.
