Web App Launch Legal Components

I am nearly ready to launch my web app. However, there are still several big ticket items I am considering dealing with on the legal front, before launching, including:

• Trademark
• Terms and Conditions
• Privacy Policy
• Logo

I was curious how other founders approached the situation: Do you launch without the items above and add them if the app gains traction? Or do you go through the legal hoops to set these up before you find out if you app is going to be a hit? I'd like to have the app supported by subscriptions and the DB holds significant amounts of user data, so I am leaning towards the former.

As a follow up question: Are there any inexpensive resources for any of the above? I'm looking at 99 Designs for the Logo, Legal Zoom for the Trademark, and my lawyer for the T&C and Privacy Policy. These are going to run anywhere in the ballpark of $500 to $3000 combined. This seems like a big investment when I don't really know if anyone finds my app useful yet. I know the odds are no one will care about my app and I will have to scream from the rooftops just to get people to notice it, but it feels gross launching on Day 1 without all of this legal stuff in place.

If you have any advice on how to approach this situation I'd love to hear it.
