Cool idea but just be aware that many platforms like Shopify or Gumroad already provide the flexibility to customize site themes easily.
My intent is to provide a basic codebase, that can easily be used for building MVPs and full-fledged apps asap.
For a developer, half of the work is done if UI screens and basic workflow is ready.
So for a fair price, you are getting a working codebase, lifetime support and inturns can bring in revenue faster.
