ChannelStack is still at 1 member — just me. No new paying members this week. I've been sharing on IH and light X posting but haven't pushed hard on distribution yet. The product is solid; the gap right now is getting more people to find it.
On the channel side, this was actually a strong week for The Mind Files. 4,538 views across 13 videos, up from roughly 1,660 the week before — that's about 173% growth week over week. Top video was "Why You Repeat Costly Mistakes" at 1,241 views. The pattern that keeps proving out: titles that name the cognitive bias directly outperform vague behavioral hooks. "Why You Believe Lies You've Heard Twice" underperformed; it probably would've done double the views as "The Illusory Truth Effect: Why Repetition Creates Belief." Bible Story Garden posted 251 views on 10 videos, 12 subscribers — still very early. Minute Zero had a data fetch error in the channel monitor this week so no clean numbers there, but the pipeline is still running.
The most useful thing that changed this week: the analytics monitoring system is now generating per-channel AI strategy notes inside the weekly email digest. Instead of just raw view counts, each channel section includes an automatically-written breakdown of what's working, what to kill, and what to test next. This week's TMF analysis flagged that narcissist/toxic-person content is consistently underperforming and told me to pivot toward cognitive traps and decision psychology. I didn't have to think through it — the monitor told me, with specifics. That's the compounding value of building the full stack: the system doesn't just post videos, it tells you how to improve them.
Next week: fixing the Minute Zero data fetch error and figuring out why MZ subscriber count is reading as 0 in the monitor.
The thing that stood out to me is that the strongest evidence in the update seems to come from your own channels rather than ChannelStack users.
I'm curious how you think about the point where those stop being the same thing.
