Weird issue when subbing to newsletters

I couldn't actually get the subscription to go through. I click the subscribe button but nothing happens.

    Here is a followup with the console error message from Firefox:

    Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://app.convertkit.com/forms/1095989/subscriptions. (Reason: CORS request did not succeed).

    Error: "Error subscribing to mailing list"

    CORS is a pain in the butt :(
