We're building a cloud phone platform — and this week's Android security news made our use case much easier to explain

875 million Android phones can be cracked in 60 seconds. Physical access + USB cable. No malware needed.

I've been struggling to explain why cloud phone infrastructure matters to people outside our immediate circle. "Run Android in the browser" sounds like a convenience feature, not a serious product.

This week made the pitch simpler.

When your Android environment runs in the cloud, there's no physical chip to exploit, no boot process to hijack, no device to steal. The hardware attack surface disappears entirely.

That's not the only reason we're building QCCBot — we're also focused on AI agents operating inside mobile environments autonomously. But security is becoming an increasingly hard argument to ignore.

Here's where we're honestly at:

→ Product is in active development
→ AI agent integration is being tested
→ We have a working demo but it's not polished
→ English docs just got finished this week

What I'm figuring out right now: how do you build an audience for a cloud infrastructure product before it's fully ready?

Most content advice assumes you have a shippable product. We're in the "building in public before it's ready to show" stage.

Has anyone here successfully built early traction for an infrastructure product?
What actually worked?
