When I started building products, I thought I was exploring different markets.
A quiz app.
A memory training app.
A prompt management tool.
A lost-and-found service.
An educational platform.
On the surface, they looked completely different.
Different users.
Different features.
Different business models.
But after building enough of them, I noticed something strange.
The products were changing.
The problem wasn't.
No matter what I built, the same pattern kept appearing.
People save information.
Then they struggle to use it when it matters.
They save notes.
They save prompts.
They save ideas.
They save documents.
They save knowledge.
Yet when the moment arrives to act, the information is buried somewhere inside a growing pile of digital storage.
For years, I thought the challenge was helping people collect more information.
Now I believe the opposite.
The world does not have a storage problem.
It has a retrieval problem.
That realization changed how I think about products.
It also changed how I think about Genius Brain.
Genius Brain is no longer a collection of projects.
It is an attempt to understand a deeper question:
How do we turn stored information into usable knowledge?
How do we reduce the friction between remembering and acting?
How do we design systems that help people retrieve the right thing at the right moment?
The more products I build, the less interested I become in individual products.
And the more interested I become in the underlying patterns that connect them.
Perhaps the real value of building 90 projects was never the projects themselves.
Perhaps it was discovering that they were all pointing toward the same problem.
