Specifically, I want to track my users actions, finals, stripe billing, etc. I care about aggregate stats as well as per user. Something simple. Things like Mixpanel seem to do a lot, but are complicated. I’m a developer, so integrations aren’t a huge problem.
Hey @Shamoons
I think I'm building something that fits your case :)
Check out splitbee.io!
What exactly do you mean for aggregate stats per user?
How often he triggered event x, which pages he was on etc?
How about having guidance to using the powerful tools?
Tracking actions and showing people how to get aggregate or per-user stats is what I do in the day job (at PlayStation), so I wrote a book on it for indies.
The book shows you a prioritized order for what's recommended to track (including actions, purchases, errors, and marketing campaign IDs), along with sample code. Also, it shows you how to see reporting on each of those in both of Mixpanel and Google Analytics, with step-by-step screenshots.
I'm an engineer by title, so I'll be speaking your language all the way through.

Or, you can do a free email course first, here: https://signup.analyticsforindies.com
Baremetrics might be a good fit, check them out
howuku.com sounds ideal for your use case, we have event tracking, recordings and heatmap to keep track of users actions with aggregate stats.
