What challenges are you facing working remotely?

Hey @Satyajit I'm just going to copy/paste what my team members discussed in our work chat.

VP's Message:
Marketing, Communications and Recruitment - Just checking in to see how the first few days of working from home are going. Remember to go outside to get some fresh air (following all new restrictions, of course) and stay connected with your colleagues. If you have to pick anything up from campus, you can, just let your manager know. Rapid testing is at C200 today from 11 am until 6 pm. I went yesterday at CBU and was in, out, and had my results in hand in less than 30 minutes. Let's all do our part this next two weeks so we can enjoy the summer and get back to some sort of normalcy. We got this!

My Response:
It's going well so far A lot less distractions funny enough! I prefer working from campus, but there are times I'm scooting by someone or their office and thoughts/reminders strike me (like a fresh plate of nachos after a big workout) and I dip in and briefly update someone then some smaller action items come out from that and so on.

Here's a summary of pros/cons I'm feeling
Working from home: Less distractions (+), more focus (+), less transparency (-), less team dynamic/team building/collaboration e.g. quickly asking brett a question while discussing something with Chris (-), less org culture e.g. tough for the tangible pieces of leadership/alignment to reach us here at home (-)

Now on the leadership piece, I think you, Lenore, David, et la are doing very well. It's just those missing physical pieces
