What dev events do you go to?
Events seem like a great place to get to know the dev community, and we've researched and attended some as we're building our open source project.
But we haven't found great ones for meeting application developers yet. What events or meetups do you go to and find valuable?
Events are a great way to meet people and deepen relationships. I prefer broader arguments rather than very specific technologies because it's easier to find eclectic people, so I founded one in Modena (Italy 🇮🇹) 🙂 https://www.meetup.com/modena-full-stack/

Have you found any conferences useful?
Yes, most technical events were (and still are) vertical on some technology. Those are useful to deepen the argument but not so much for relationships because variegate networks are often better. In short, events are made for networking and technical things can be just learned online.
