What do you sound like out in the wild?

How you communicate - both verbally and non-verbally - can tank or turbocharge your odds of closing a deal.

The "deal" could be many different things - a new job, courting a potential co-founder, doing customer interviews. All these are "deals" which depend on how you present yourself to someone else.

So, how would go about figuring out whether or not you sound like the real deal on both video and on the phone?

This is where I come in. How this will work is that we'll get on Zoom and I'll have you read any small 1-2 piece from a news website. Based on that I'll give you feedback on your clarity and whether you use crutch words and sounds.

After that, if you've written a blog post of a few hundred words in the last few months that you are willing to share, you'll read out that blog post. This time, I'll give you feedback and recommendations on your language and content.

I am a coder who revels in public speaking. I have been a Toastmaster since 2015 and have guided and mentored dozens of fellow Toastmasters from multiple countries into making an impact through their words.

I am also a prize winning speech evaluator meaning I have a lot of experience in giving feedback which inspires growth without making the recipient defensive.
