Cash Flow Portal, a Seattle-based multifamily real estate marketplace, has launched two major new features: custom investor portals and ACH distributions.

Custom investor portal

Custom investor portal gives real estate syndicators control to present their deals in an engaging way that connects the dots for your investors. This is a solution for many deal sponsors that don't want to invest in their own website to present their deals to passive investors.
A custom investor portal can be used to present real estate deals directly to passive investors in a more personalized way. It can be customized with the syndicator’s logo, show only properties that they want to present, and require visitors to fill out an investor qualification form before they can access the information.
In this way, syndicators can present their deals in a more meaningful way without having to manage the details of developing a website. Investors will appreciate looking at offerings they would like to invest in outside of the saturation of other content.

ACH distributions

This new feature allows syndicators to use Cash Flow Portal to pay distributions, saving them hours of work. Now, syndicators can pay their investors using ACH transfers directly from their bank account (ACH) into their investor's bank account (ACH).
The process is straightforward and quick. Just click into the deal, click Distributions, then click Add distribution.
Syndicators can also select either Waterfall based on ownership or Custom distribution. If this is a waterfall distribution, the distribution will be automatically calculated for your investors according to the share class and ownership percentage, saving syndicators hours of work. If this is a custom distribution the portal allows pasting the information from a spreadsheet by clicking Import distribution.

The feature also supports off-cycle payment as well as sending and tracking Check payments.
