What do you use for handling support emails?

Currently I just used regular Apple Mail with a support email address and flag emails that are "To-do" and when it's back to pending their action/response I unflag.

The existing support email solutions seems expensive and overkill for my use case. I really don't like those auto-responding ones too that make it feel like a formal company (I prefer the simpler, personal touch of regular email).

What do you all do for this?

Hi, I am building a Gmail sidebar AI plugin that automatically categorizes emails by CLIENT and summary PRIORITIES as a XMIND UI (Think about Gamil+Xmind)

Here's my rough prototype,If you think it is useful, could you please DM me or reply here (big thanks!), I'm seraching for Initial user who need better Gmail organization:

Keeping it lean! I have all support emails go to my work gmail. I add the TODO to my task list on ClickUp with the name, email and user ID of the person who wrote in. Then I archive the email so it frees up my inbox. When I complete the task, I know exactly who to follow up with. I also use the Snooze feature extensively. My work email inbox acts as my TODO list and I try my best to keep it zero :) The current volume of support requests I receive is still manageable, but when it gets to the point where it's not, I'll figure out a better solution.
