What do you use for stripe with product variants? (low-code)

Hi stripe users 👋

I have a tiny problem, I need to setup one time payments for static products. The thing is I need product variants. At the moment it doesn't seem stripe supports it in their default checkout page experience.
I've found some alternatives like https://checkoutpage.co/ but honestly I'm not happy with it since its user experience is faulty for cases when you have different shipping and billing address.
I am looking for something that is self hosted, configurable and low time investment from my side.

The last resort is building something with stripe elements.
