What do you use for your payments? (not every country has PayPal or Stripe!)

Last week, with the help of this amazing community I narrowed down the ideas I have and I was doing research on them. like what do I need and how much does it cost.
I'm in Turkey but the customers for my project can be from anywhere in the world.
In Turkey we do not have PayPal and although I can use Strip for payments Strip doesn't work in Turkey as a payment method for businesses!
My project is a subscription based model.
I was thinking of teachable. I could add the products there and get payment for them there. (teachable handles the payment and they will transfer the money to me later) and at this point I'm not even sure if they are going to accept such thing.
What do you recommend?
