What do you use to keep track of product testing?

Hi all,

What do you use for keeping track of product testing? I know a simple checklist works for manual tests such as "Navigate to register for and register" or "user to do X Y Z", but I was wondering if you use anything more extensive to keep track of the test outcomes and any bugs that need to be fixed?

It would be great to hear your processes.
