What does building a 4-hr work week actually look like?

It's insane to me what people can make 6-figures with :) Fair play, and I understand the notion to want to work with a super exciting team (I've heard good things about Kettle & Fire) and build up equity on the side, especially if everything is pretty much automated, as it seems.
