What have you guys learnt from your failed ventures?
Hi guys, some of you here are great SaaS founders. But I would like you guys to share what did you learn from your first venture (assuming it failed). If you have never failed in your life, this is probably not for you.
I will start. Making the perfect product is not the right approach since what is the perfect product for you might differ from the exact market need.
For me (but almost the same as yours)
Don't assume a "cool feature for you" is also a "needed feature for the everyone else"
Yeah it is important not to get shortsighted
