What ideas are you testing for Q4?

Hey builders šŸ‘‹,

I’m curious about what everyone here is working on or testing as we head into Q4. This season always feels like a turning point lots of opportunities, but also a bit of pressure to validate ideas quickly before the year closes out.

šŸ‘‰ What’s the idea you’re validating right now?
šŸ‘‰ Where are you feeling stuck audience, traction, or clarity?

Sometimes just talking it through helps sharpen the focus. If anyone’s open, I’d be glad to exchange thoughts I’ve been thinking a lot about how Q4 can be used as a launchpad for stability going into the new year.

Looking forward to hearing what everyone’s building! šŸš€

I am building Informed Tech Buying - still early stage. Half of online shopping is research, the other half is convincing yourself you didn’t screw up. I built a free tool that helps an average understand what actually matters for the product you’re buying, then guides them to the best fit — all based on their priorities, not generic lists.

No signups, no paywall, no affiliate links.

That’s a brilliant approach removing the noise and helping people buy with clarity is such a strong value proposition. The ā€œno signups, no paywall, no affiliate linksā€ angle really builds trust too. Sounds like you’re onto something with Informed Tech Buying are you planning to monetize later, or keep it completely free as a trust building tool for now?

I’m building Trustfolio v2, a ā€˜Trust-as-a-Service’ layer that complements portfolios by adding verified proof, client reviews, and cross-platform validation. Right now, I’m focused on refining the subscription tiers (Grey, Blue, Gold) and designing the landing page for early adoption.

That sounds really solid I like the ā€œTrust-as-a-Serviceā€ angle, because credibility is such a big barrier for early adopters. The tiered model (Grey, Blue, Gold) also feels like it could speak to different levels of users pretty well. Curious, how are you planning to drive those first waves of sign-ups once the landing page is ready?

Thanks! That’s a great point — early traction really depends on how well that initial trust is communicated. A mix of referral incentives, targeted communities, and transparent storytelling could help build momentum. Highlighting real user experiences early on will make the ā€œTrust-as-a-Serviceā€ idea feel tangible.

As a qurantajweedteacher.com, I’ve seen how consistency and authenticity build trust over time — the same principle applies here: let actions speak first, and credibility will naturally follow.

That’s such a great perspective I completely agree that authenticity and consistency are the foundation of trust, especially in the early stages. I like how you linked it to your own teaching experience it’s true, credibility compounds over time when your actions align with your message.

Your point about referral incentives and transparent storytelling is solid too. If you ever decide to expand that ā€œTrust-as-a-Serviceā€ idea further or explore automation to scale credibility-building, I know an expert who’s really good at structuring that kind of system.
