What is Bitclout’s value to society?

I hold the position that any platform that encourages pure speculation is an unproductive use of capital and could do more harm than good. Speculation, or the desire to make a quick buck with minimal effort, is exactly why the world remains stagnant. As indie hackers this is precisely the thing we should be against. Our duty is to make valuable things to enrich society.

Can anyone please tell me why I am wrong and what is the true benefit of this to society?
