What is stopping people from signing up?

I created Promotee. We have grown good but it seems that a lot of traffic is just not signing up.
So I am curious, do you think is it the landing page? Or is it our messaging? Or what?

I have reviewed your landing page and then I went to sign up instead of sawing Sign In with Google I saw a form to fill out, and I immediately lose interest! And your sign up form doesn't work!
ohh What is the error you got while signing up?
