What is success to you?

We all have our own definitions and I feel hopeful that more and more people are not defining their success as purely associated with assets or money.

If you had to make a checklist of what success looked like, what would it look like for you?

Here's my shot at it:
πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ plenty of family and friends time
πŸ‘©β€πŸ’» my work makes an impact/difference
πŸ’° diversity in my income + assets to make me feel secure
❀️ personal health
πŸ’πŸ» ability to help others
🎟 freedom of choice in all the things I do

My personal definition is taken from the great Nassim Taleb:

For I have a single definition of success: you look in the mirror every evening and wonder if you disappoint the person you were at 18, right before the age when people start getting corrupted by life.

Let him be the only judge; not your reputation, not your wealth, not your standing in the community, not the decorations on your lapel. If you do not feel ashamed you are successful. All other definitions of success are modern constructions; fragile modern constructions.

    In order, it's:

    1. freedom
    2. impact
    3. security
  3. 2
    • Family time
    • Working on what I love
    • Financial security
  4. 2
    • Create a product that many people used
    • Being a happy person
    • Enough money to have, so you never have to worry
