What is your #1 growth tip or hack for a new product?

Hey folks,
like a lot of other companies I'm reading about on here, I'm trying to make the transition from that first set of happy beta customers & users to finding real traction and growth. And it's a huge challenge!

I'm wondering if people have tips or hacks for this phase of the product launch. I know it's more art than science, but what are the best tools to use?
