What is your product development process?
Whether it is "Agile" or something else, companies usually have some kind of process and set of documents that are used for product development. Some of this is helpful for necessary for projects including multiple people, but can be thrown out if there is only one (or a few) people on the projecct.
What do y'all indie hackers do?
Do you jump straight into development? Do you design first? Do you have a set of documents (such as a mini-PRD) that you use?
As a solo-dev I don't have much of a process, beyond making sure I have a system for organizing todos and notes (which is Notion these days). For complex features, I'll play around with design ideas in Figma, but for the most part I just build a feature with a loose sense of how it should work/look and then iterate from there.

It's true. You should see the number of dead on arrival products that are a google sheets. and if it can graduate beyond a google sheet... it's very special.
