What Live Streaming APIs would you recommend?

Hi there, My name is GPal and I am the founder of HackHour.co - a platform where you can learn from anyone else live, online. We currently use Zoom for our live classes. We are looking for new Live Streaming APIs. There are a bunch out there. Anyone with specific recommendations? If live streamers can skip the additional encoding using OBS that would be a great solution. Thanks!
