What log analysis tool do indie devs use?

I see there are plenty of log analysis tools out there, are they good to use in production for indie devs? are they too expensive? Wondering if I should spend some time creating an open source log analysis tool and maybe add AI analysis
from you logs to it. I'm was not huge on the AI train but the technology has proven to make plenty of processes more efficient so I'm curious where we can go in regards to log analysis.
