What newsletter publishers put in empty ad space?
On websites, when there are no ads sold, you can always use Google AdSense or something similar to monetize the traffic.
But what about newsletters?
What do you put in the empty ad space? Affiliate links?
What’s the cause you are not selling ads? Lack of leads?
