What project management tools/apps do you use? (survey of course!)

Hi.

Small team, looking at free open source project management (idea/software dev/code review/issue tracking/etc..) tools.

We've seen a bunch of articles on "the top 5!!", but thought we'd ask the question here, to the diverse group to indiehackers/devs for your feedback.

So, if you would, what tools do you use (tool/url)?
