What questions would you do in a interview for a Full-Stack Developer position? And Why?

My personal experience I like to do interviews of 15 minutes long. I like to ask 2 situational questions, 3 technical skills, 1 technical belief question, 1 Motivational question and 1 for future professionals expectations.

For the situational, do evaluate the behavior and reactions of the candidate:

  1. What would you do in case you have to re-do all of the work because a client say so?
  2. What is your reaction when you do something wrong in a production environment? What actions you would take to prevent those mistakes?

For the technical questions, needed to find out the technical level and experience:
3. What's the difference between Soap and Rest web services?
4. What is git? Why is a great tool for programming projects?
5. What is the difference between a Developer and a Programmer?
6. What is the most fullfilling challenge you have ever accomplished in back-end or front-end development?

For the motivational question, to find why they are changing a job and if they are really passionate about programming:
7. Why are you looking for a Developer job? What's your motivation to do so?

For que profesional expectations, to find if it would be a good fit to the offered job:
8. Describe the functions of your ideal position.

Tell me if you would modify some of this questions or which questions do you like to ask in a interview?
