I'm finishing building a (free) app that checks on you automatically, by email, and when you are not doing well it lets your closest friends know you can use a phone call. I have a name for it, but I might want a better one. What would you call it?
names are so important. i have a friend who helps with names. @authorette
Thank you.
I am not good at these things but here is my try for the app name : "All good ?"
Just curious , why via email ? We all get enough emails already. How frequent will the emails be ? Won't the end up being categorized as spams after a while ?
Would be interesting to know your thoughts on this.
I'm trying to avoid names that a re a phrase or a question because it breaks sentences and makes copy hard. For example: All good? will send you an email periodically...
Email is universal, everybody has an email address and they are very easy to send. I hope they don't get mark as spam, but I'm not sure if I'll manage to avoid that.
The emails right now are weekly, although I hope to make it adaptive at some point.
One of the advantages of email over everything else is that I think a lot of us have a correlation between keeping our inboxes tidy and doing well. Someone missing the email because they have abandoned their inbox is a feature.
Make sense , and thanks for the insight regarding not using phrases , never thought aboout it. Sorry I couldn't help with a name and good luck.
No problem, it helps me get creative, so I appreciate it.
Wow! I really like this concept of yours!! I have never thought of an app like that, but now that I think about it, I understand why it would be necessary for a lot of people. As far as the name goes, I can't really think about any new and trendy names. I am not a very creative person, as you can see. You can try something similar to https://freetring.com/call-my-phone/. I like their name because it is modern and is easy to remember. They are also specializing in the space where your company does. I suggest you think of something similar to that.
Thank you.
Call it...bestie
Ha, good one. :)
Yea...you need someone "catchy"
