What tools do you use to distribute your ebook?

Hi!

An ebook can be a great lead generation vector!
I was wondering what do you guys use in order to distribute it.

I tried to use gumroad since it offers free hosting and you can put your ebook at 0$, but gumroad tries to suggest paying at least 2$ even to set it free.

I was wondering if there were any easy frameworks/apps to host your ebook, grab user email and send a download link to the user.
