What would your roadmap look like if starting completely from scratch?
The title says the main point. How would you go about launching from scratch if you had to do it now and make yourself a plan? With zero email list, zero twitter following to begin with and no one has a clue about you or your product.
When you write it break it down to either weekly or monthly increments. You don't have to write years to come just give a general idea of what you would do from month to month or from week to week for let's say a year in a bulleted format (if you decide to write in the weekly format you obviously don't have to write an entire years worth)
Example:
Month 1
- bla bla bla
- bla bla bla
- bla bla bla
Month 2
- bla bla bla
- bla bla bla
- bla bla bla
(You get the point 😅)
This idea is meant to help people on here lacking clarity or a roadmap on what they should be focusing on during a set time. Obviously, every startup is different but some people on here (including myself to a degree) won't even start cause one is completely lost on where to exactly start and how to go about growing in the beginning. What channels to focus on etc etc.
