I was reviewing my week and realized something embarrassing.
I spent 3 hours on email triage. Not responding — just sorting, labeling, and deciding what to deal with later.
That's 3 hours I could've spent building, talking to users, or literally anything else.
It got me thinking — we all have these "invisible time sinks":
• Scheduling back-and-forth
• Remembering follow-ups
• Hunting through Slack for that one link
• Copy-pasting the same info to different people
Tasks that feel like work but don't actually move anything forward.
So I'm curious — what's YOUR time sink?
What's that thing you do every week that makes you think "there has to be a better way" but you keep doing it anyway?
Might turn the best answers into something 👀
