What's the #1 quality a founder needs to succeed?

Perseverance! I’m convinced that most companies fail, not because the idea was bad, but because the founders gave up.

I think it's grid/persistence, I think most people fail because they give up.

Adaptability.

To understand that there is no #1 quality. It's a mix of a hundred things. Vision without grit is nothing. Direction without project management skills is nothing. Failing without the ability to learn is nothing.
