Here are the things in my stack that I pay for:
I used to use Keen, too... until they made $150/m the minimum tier. I just built my own when that email came in.
Looks like they have a free tier again but it's pretty limited. For the past two years I've done a custom deal with them for $30/mo.
Is your custom analytics integrated as a part of your software or is it separate? I'm always looking for alternatives to Keen just in case they stop giving me the deal I've worked out with them.
It's separate. I might start offering it to others in the future, but it's a crowded space and I'm not sure what my competitive advantage would be, so for now it's just tracking my own sites.
Yeah, that makes sense. Have you considered open sourcing it instead?
I'd be more likely to launch a commercial version than open source it due to the fact that either way would be time consuming and have a support burden if they got used.
Can you share the name of the program that gives free atlas credits?
It seems like the right path, but would love to try it out for several months to see if they deliver on their promise to reduce DevOps overhead.
It is MongoDB Atlas for Startups. Basically you get $3k of credit which so far has lasted me almost two years.
Seems like they have stopped with this amazing promotion. Hopefully it will return at some point while this is still relevant (or we just generate enough revenue so we don’t need it :-)).

HelpScout - Check out one of the intercom alternative I posted below, Chaskiq looks like it has a knowledgebase.
Heroku - they have a free tier but get expensive as you start scaling, not sure what you're using it for but maybe you could use Vercel or Netlify.
Canny - $50/mo – that's expensive! Try Fider another self-hosted option
G Suite - Zoho or Microsoft 365
Keen.io - looks like it's free up to a certain point, beyond that maybe just launch your own Kafka instance?
Fathom Analytics - check out plausible it looks promising
MongoDB Atlas - I'd probably just stay using this, not sure you really want to do a self hosted DB hahaha
Depending on how users, tiers, and your traffic that list will save you at minimum $1000 per year. Even if you don't switch everything over that's still a nice-sized chunk of change!

Drift - they have a free tier
I spend $10/month on Digital Ocean (for a bunch or projects), $49/month on ConvertKit, ~$10/month on domain names, mostly from Google, ~$0.40/month on transactional email from Amazon and far more than all of that combined on Stripe.
Excluding Stripe, it's about $75/month.
I use G Suite but know some people that are selling 'old' GSuite accs for like $100 and claim it lasts for a lifetime. Do you have any idea if these are legit?
I still have an old gsuite account with 20 users for free. It was possible to transfer these between domains but not sure if it still is.
My family has an 'old' GSuite account that I don't think we pay for. I've never heard of people selling those before, though.
