Hi Indie Hackers! I'm looking for examples of when a brand's community has really helped them weather, survive and even thrive in hard times. So anything from small problems to big ones--bad press, product delays, product issues, personnel scandals, etcetera. I'm thinking back to the "Peloton girl" ad craziness, when the brand got a lot of bad press, but their FB group of nearly half a million members had their back. Any others come to mind from this amazing group, perhaps during pandemic or otherwise?
