When is the right time to launch

As builders there is so much pressure on finding the right time to launch a product. Here are some of my new year resolutions regarding launching products and features for 2024.

1. Launch quickly
2. Launch again and again
3. Launch on various platforms and prepare to be surprised
4. Create momentum by involving as many people in your launches - customers, investors, your network etc.
5. Prepare launch material in a formulaic manner - feature introductions, copy, demo videos that you can reuse from 1 launch to another
