There are days I sit and lay working on NextUs, an app designed to revolutionize real-time networking.
But today, I want to talk about something we don't discuss enough here: founder burnout and self-care.
When you become obsessed with a vision, time becomes irrelevant. Lately, my days have looked like this:
Working nonstop without a schedule.
Pacing around my room like a mad scientist wrestling with an invention.
Eating nothing but beans, bread, and water on certain days.
Skipping showers because "I have nowhere to be anyway."
It sounds almost like a right of passage, but it isn't infallible and neither are you.
If you are a solo-preneur or just starting out, please remember that you are human🙏
Every great product requires the laborious effort of trial and error, but you can't harvest the crop and plow if you can't tune your own system.
How do you force yourselves to step away from the screen and practice self-care?
