Where do I find my target customer?

I'm planning to build an EdTech product and my target customer is educators, teachers and trainers, who are not necessarily tech-savvy people.

What are the best channels to reach out to them online?

• I've tried Quora with mild success.
• I rarely notice any on IH or PH
