Honest answer for me is mixed, and I want to hear yours.
Some things quietly saved me hours and I stopped thinking about them. First drafts of marketing copy, turning rough notes into a clean changelog, drafting replies to routine questions. None of it was perfect, but it got me to 80 percent fast, and 80 percent I can edit beats a blank page I keep avoiding.
Other things looked great in a demo and then let me down in a way that was hard to spot at first. Anything that needed real judgment about a specific customer or context tended to produce something confident and generic. It read fine until you knew the details, and then it was subtly wrong in a way that would have cost me trust if I had shipped it as is.
So I am trying to separate what actually works from what just sounds good in a launch video. Where has an AI agent genuinely moved the needle for you: marketing, sales, support, something else? And where did it look promising and then never really deliver? I am especially curious about the second one, because that is the part nobody puts in their launch post.
