Where to get an explainer video?

Tools like animaker reduce the time/cost to creating your own.
Needs some creative vision though.
Created internally and for clients on this before, but been doing raw production in after effects recently as the preferred tool of our design team.

Lots of choice on fiverr, portfolio and reviews key to dig through the options.
Have found fiverr more reliable for voiceovers rather than full videos though.

Think this was animaker, but may have been aftereffects, can't quite recall.

I too would like to get some credible references for explainer video creators, finding a good one on Fiverr is painful as I have had bad experiences with unverified agencies..a budget of $150 to $200 for script+video+voice over is what I am looking for
