Where to go from here?

Hey there y'all!

Have occasionally lurked here for a while, but now I'm here to post. So I'm currently working on starting up an app development business, primarily using Flutter. Over the past month or so I've been working on a couple different mobile apps and one of them kind of took off unexpectedly, and I'm not quite sure where to take it next. I have a big TODO list of things I need to add to it, I have ads placed on it and that's about it right now.

Today I had a really amazing experience though! Somebody rated me at a 3.0 star, reviewed it, and complained about a few issues & complimented the app. Shortly after I got the notification I read their review and got to work on some of the issues (some were already fixed). Published an update and left a reply for the person. That felt pretty good, "I did a good thing and fixed these bugs!" It gets better. They updated their review and left a really nice message about being quick to fixing issues and being dedicated! This made me so happy and that honestly fueled the next few hours I was able to work on it.

I guess my question is: What's next? Just keep updating my app and see what happens? Start doing more marketing to get more downloads? I don't know..

If you have an Android and you're curious about the app or want to check it out, you can find it here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.g33kidd.pros_cons I'd love to know some of your thoughts on it.

Once you have many users on a mobile app, you'll find that you get far more complainers than complimenters. Monetize, and you will see that those who pay will write you directly when they're stuck or have suggestions for improvement; it's those who don't pay for software that rip you a new one. And mobile app consumers expect the world from you, though it's rarely enough to get them to pull out a credit card.
Great to see you shipping, though!
