Where to hire a sales rep for a B2B SaaS?

We are a bootstrapped B2B SaaS focused on the real estate software market.

We have some warm leads that we should pursue, but (a) we don't have the sales experience to pursue them, and (b) we are introverted engineers.

Where could we find and hire sales reps?

What is the best incentive model that works with sales reps to chase warm leads?
