Which are the currently active platforms to sell a project?

If you want to acquire/sell Micro SaaS products, Side projects, Newsletters, Communities, etc., below are a few places you can look at. Note that you need to keep on looking at these places to see what fits you. Sometimes it may take a few weeks to months while you keep a constant eye on the products that the founders are ready to see. Quite a few marketplaces connect buyers and sellers of SaaS products. Revenue is not necessary, but it is an important factor in valuation.

MicroAcquire - MicroAcquire is a marketplace with over 120,000 buyers that helps SaaS founders sell their products. You can integrate your financial metrics (Baremetrics, ChartMogul) for buyers to evaluate. They also have 100+ approved advisors to get professional help with acquisition.
IndieMaker - Another marketplace with 16k+ members where the listing is free. However, they charge you to engage with the prospects once you receive leads from them.
Microns.io - A marketplace to buy the micro-startups without any commission. Your project requires at least a few users; they may be free, trial or paying.
Tiny Acquisitions - Small web-based projects, including SaaS, that is worth $100,000 or less can be bought and sold on this marketplace. You will need to connect your Stripe account in order to receive payments.
Flippa: Flippa is another place to buy and sell businesses. Flippa usually helps with complete background checks of the sellers and buyers and charges more than most of the platforms but provides additional quality checks.
