Which preparations are recommended when starting a SaaS?

I am thinking about building my own SaaS but I haven’t come up with any ideas yet. But I’d like to be prepared for when I do. What are some preparations that are recommended when starting a SaaS? I’m talking about documents, licenses etc.

Right now I have created templates for a Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Email templates, these I wrote pretty generally. Any tips?
