I am intending to develop a new innovative hiring process that bridges the gap of different locations, skills and hobbies, personality, human character, age differences, work profile, job responsibilities etc. and solve a few issues HR and talent recruiters face about compatibility, practicality, job reach and hectic long hiring processes.
Which would also prove helpful to candidates build trust around companies , verify the jobs they apply to and work in the domain they can be most productive in with ease.
The platforms will be helpful to companies finding employees, startups and teams looking to partner up, or non profits finding a volunteer or intern for the start and later we would integrate it for freelancers and a labor as a service portal too.
Also, I have designed a small marketing and engaging model around the system that would enable candidates to earn while applying to jobs and indirectly increase the traction too.
I consider this a very promising domain to put efforts into, I would like to know why do you think it is not?
you're looking for negativity in your idea?
Ok.
If there is one thing that is bad in the hiring process its tests that aren't related to the job. Maths and English comprehension tests.
What I also think is probably wrong is that HR and talent recruiters making judgments on people based upon "hobbies, personality, human character, age differences" is discrimination especially the age part. Personality tests should be a thing of the past.
Why shouldn't I just get the job based upon what I can bring to the table.
Rather than build trust in companies you may well introduce dis-trust.
