Why aren't there tutors for web dev?

I think the main reasons this is not needed:

there are so many different languages and frameworks, so one can only cover some of them
there is a lot of free information, guides, tutorials for developers online
you learn most by doing work/projects yourself, it is not learning the theory for a year and then starting to develop
people who would get a tutor probably just go to university or some course instead

Not sure what advantage a tutor would have over any (free or paid) course on the internet and asking questions on stackoverflow (or equivalent) and I imagine a tutor would be way more expensive than any of the other alternatives
