I understand that Amazon will exclude family and friends, but still, I have generated 92 orders and only been paid for 22. This includes one customer who was particularly excited about the Kwikset Levers I helped her find for $15.08 and she bought eight. I verified they have arrived, but there is no sign of Kwikset Levers in my list of items I have been paid for. While she is an acquaintance, I don't see how Amazon could exclude her by nature of being a family or friend. I can reach out to my Amazon contacts to see what is up, but thought I would check with this group to see if I am missing something and if anyone else has had a similar experience.
Did you know that you can't send a referral link through email?
Yes, I did and I am following that. Each person has their own landing page with their list of items, like this: https://alittlefamilyfun.com/whentobuy/3DHQ6J8EPBWXZ.html. This page has the associate tag, not the email.
Did she and you use the same internet network?
(p.s. did you know there are many virus type/malware and proxy services that steal commissions? they rewrite the affiliate codes...)
No, we are not on the same network. I did not know there were malware and proxy service that steal commissions. If they were stealing the sale though, wouldn’t those orders also be missing from my orders report? In this case, I have orders showing up in my order report they just don’t show up in the commissions/fees report.
oh, Sorry IDK to that level of details..
